These products are hidden from the catalog and cannot be viewed or purchased until your request is approved.

1. Send the completed Restricted Access Form

2. A signed AHPRA Certificate of your prescribing Doctor or Nurse Practitioner

3. Our team will manually review your submission.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Incomplete submissions will be rejected. Ensure all form fields are filled and signatures provided.

• AHPRA certificates must be signed by the prescribing practitioner. Unsigned printouts are not accepted.

• Do not attempt to advertise or promote these products via Google Ads, social media, EDMs, or any public channel. This is a regulatory requirement.
