Why we created HOA
As industry professionals ourselves, we understood how fragmented sourcing and brand discovery had become.
Finding the right products often meant searching across multiple websites, relying on social media or contacting individual representatives just to understand what was available. At the same time, many brilliant suppliers struggled to reach the professionals who would benefit most from their products and services.
We knew there had to be a better way.

Home of Aesthetics was founded by Jessica Goldenberg and Sophie Lucas, bringing together more than three decades of experience across the beauty and aesthetic industry.
Sophie Lucas
Sophie is a qualified beauty therapist with 19 years of industry experience, including extensive experience in business development, brand partnerships and supporting clinics.
Jessica Goldenberg
Jess is a Registered Nurse Division 1 and cosmetic nurse with 13 years of industry experience across clinical practice, business development, consulting and entrepreneurship.
Having experienced the industry from multiple perspectives, Jess and Sophie shared a vision for a more connected and accessible professional landscape. Together, they created HOA to bridge the gap between industry professionals and the brands that support them, making it easier to discover, compare and confidently choose the right products, services and partnerships for their businesses.
