Jan Marini Benzoyl Peroxide 5% Lotion 119ml
Contains 5% Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) - a highly effective antibacterial lotion for the treatment of acne and acne-prone skin. This micronized benzoyl peroxide solution assists by actively managing acne causing bacteria (c. acnes bacteria) and helping to clear dead skin and oil from pores. Jan Marini Skin Research uses ultra-micronised BPO to get even greater penetration into the skin while minimising sensitivity and irritation common with many benzoyl peroxide solutions.
Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying 5% benzoyl peroxide cream. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a physician.
If dryness or peeling occurs from the 5% benzoyl peroxide lotion, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of this product and speak to your skin specialist or physician.
