The item lightens a tinting finish a few shades on skin, without a pigment fading on hairs. Due to a neutral pH level, the remover does not overdry skin.
Directions for use:
- Apply a drop of the product on a cotton swab, rub the desired area. Repeat if necessary. Rinse the reside with water.
